Electra Glide had its beginning with the introduction of the Electra Glide Power Cord. Since then, we evolved our line into four power cords - as well as digital, interconnect, and speaker cables to our audio performance enhancing lineup.
At Electra Glide we take pride in hand crafting the world's finest cables. We incorporate foil and ribbon conductors using the highest quality Silver, Copper and Gold presently available. Our designs utilize a Patent Pending process called Hybrid-Tek that fuses the Silver and Copper foils together, physically maintaining their individual properties but combining their characteristics sonically. In addition, all our power cables now employ the liberal use of ERS Cloth from Stillpoints. This unique product diffuses RFI/EMI and reduces its negative effects. We also include special resonance control and mechanical damping innovations throughout the length of the cable. All our cables are evaluated by ear and by computer to ensure the most pleasing and accurate sound. Fine-tuning includes double blind listening tests and computer analysis. Our goal is to achieve the nothing less than the ultimate in audio reproduction.
